  Explode Your Swing Speed ” Mick Jagger sang ‘Time waits for no one and it won’t wait for me‘ and nowhere that more true than in golf, especially with swing speed. As we ‘mature’ our reflexes and fast twitch muscles don’t react like they used to, so we can either pout or do something about it! I chose the latter as I approach the 60 year plateau.
